HESTAL - Vario Master (902 and 903)

The Hestal VarioMaster 902 and 903 CS pillar system is inserted as the middle pillar in the vehicle superstructure.  One­ handed operation allows fast access to the outer frame (except for single pillar bearing).

The modular design system offers in addition:

• Internal loading height from 2.5m to 3.1m
• Carriages and telescopes can be used for a variety of roof straps
• Simple fitting by means of blind rivet technology
• No mechanical operation of individual parts required
• Tarpaulin pocket slats can be positioned in a 5 mm frame
• All components are KTL coated
• Pillar bearings are bolt-on or weldable
• Bolt-on aluminium frame guard profile
• VarioMaster 903 can be fixed directly to the outer frame (no pillar bearings)
• Tested to comply with German legal requirements and regulations (DEKRA)
