Mobile Service
Establishments listed in this section specialise in mobile service operations from properly equipped service vans which carry genuine BPW spare parts.

Service Partners
BPW Service Partners receive a higher level of training and can carry out diagnostic work on BPW foundation brake equipment and ABS/EBS braking systems. They carry BPW genuine spare parts in stock and have direct access to BPW’s Technical and Customer Service departments. In addition they are able to take part in some aspects of warranty adjudication. These establishments have a 24 hour Service call number and are our front line response in the BPW Assist breakdown scheme.

Service Station
BPW Service Stations have been trained to work on all BPW heavy axle products and have access to genuine BPW spare parts. They have the support of BPW’s Customer Service Department.

Other Service Providers
These organisations have been validated to offer certain specific servicing functions.
