ECOPlus

Operators looking to fit high performance, reliable running gear where low maintenance and a five year unlimited mileage warranty come as standard, need look no further than BPW's ECOPlus axle system.

ECOPlus - High Capacity DIN Bearings:

As has always been the case with BPW, the wheel bearings consist of standardised, commercially available tapered roller bearings, which means inexpensive replacements are always available anywhere in the world. If the bearings become worn, they can simply be replaced.

ECOPlus - Multi Seal System Provides a Hermetic Seal for the Bearings:

BPW has developed a new Multi-Seal system as an effective barrier protecting bearings against dust, dirt and moisture. A labyrinth seal is fitted in front of the actual grease seal to prevent even the smallest particles from passing into the bearings. An optimum grease channeling system means the lubricant stays right where it belongs.

ECOPlus - Warranty Extension:

In addition to the 5 year ECOPlus warranty there is a further 3 years optional warranty for qualifying operations. This unique commitment means BPW is offering a warranty package which for many operators will cover the entire depreciation period.

Operators looking to fit high performance, reliable running gear where low maintenance and a five year unlimited mileage warranty come as standard, need look no further than BPW's ECOPlus axle system.

ECOPlus - Correct Bearing Adjustment at All Times

When it comes to tightening axle nuts, the torque wrench can be dispensed with. The new ECOPlus spindle end nut acts like a torque wrench and can be tightened using a standard hexagon socket. The nut slips automatically when the required torque is attained.

Dismantling the patented BPW Eco hub system, couldn't be easier:

Step 1 - Removal of the hub using BPW socket 03.364.29.03.0 and inch driver air tool

Step 2- Axle spindle nut, locking device in place.DO NOT USE AIR TOOLS ON THIS NUT.

Step 3 - Release spring ring from the nut to remove the locking device

Step 4 Reusable locking device and spring ring assembly.

Step 5. Unscrew the spindle nut until it disengages from the thread.

Step 6. Possibility of removing the hub assembly and leaving the brake disc in position.
